Our billing center have support ticketing system which is secure and efficient. Your requests are assigned a priority and recorded and is not available to anyone else except you and the answering support staff. In addition, this ticketing system is more suitable for serious problems because they're prioritized and they alert our staff everyday until a ticket is solved. The support center is available in English and Myanmar.
